Terms of Return and Exchange of Goods
Drone Space Labs guarantees the right to return and exchange goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights."
We ensure that our equipment meets the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason the product did not suit you, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
For goods that are not subject to return according to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994, the manufacturer must rectify defects caused by the manufacturer within 14 working days.
1. Terms of Return and ExchangeYou may process a return or exchange of the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the parcel.
2. Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper QualityGoods of proper quality (functional, without defects) can be returned or exchanged if:● The product has not been used and shows no signs of operation (scratches, chips, scuffs, soldering marks, changes in software, flight timers, etc.).● The product's commercial appearance and its complete set (packaging) are preserved.● All labels, factory markings, seals, and protective films are preserved.● The payment document (receipt or invoice) issued with the goods is preserved.
3. Procedure for Processing a Return/Exchange
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Contact UsInform us of your intention to return the product by writing to our email, contacting us via messengers, or calling the provided number. Please state the reason for the return:

Step 2. Prepare the ProductSecurely package the product with its full set of components in the original packaging to prevent damage during transportation. Include the receipt or invoice in the parcel.
Step 3. Ship the ProductSend the parcel via "Nova Poshta" delivery service using the following details:

4. Who Pays for Shipping?To be determined by agreement with the customer.
5. Refund ProcessingRefunds are processed after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, within 3–7 business days. The funds are returned using the same method of payment that was used for the purchase (to the customer's bank account).
6. Special Cases
A) Product Arrived Damaged or Broken
You must check the integrity of the goods directly at the "Nova Poshta" branch upon receipt.
If damage is found at the branch: Draw up a "Handover Act" with the postal employee, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us immediately. We will send you a new product or issue a refund.
If you took the damaged product home without inspecting it at the post office: We cannot guarantee a return, as it is impossible to determine when the damage occurred.
B) Received the Wrong Product (Mis-sorting)
If you received a product that differs from the one ordered (different model, components), please contact us. We will arrange an exchange at our own expense as soon as possible.
C) Product Turned Out to Be Defective (Hidden Defects)
If the product has a manufacturing defect that was discovered during operation (within the warranty period), we will conduct a diagnosis. If a factory defect is confirmed, we will offer:
Free repair.
Exchange for an equivalent new product.
A full refund.
