Terms of Goods Return and Exchange
Goods of proper quality purchased under retail terms, paid for in cash, by bank card, or bank transfer, can be returned or exchanged in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
Exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if they have not been used and their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the settlement document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods are preserved. The list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) on the grounds specified in this article is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
